Today, No Matter Where I Am, I Stand Boldly Before The Throne Of Grace Knowing That I Am Forgiven

Today, No Matter Where I Am, I Stand Boldly Before The Throne Of Grace Knowing That I Am Forgiven

Luke_6-37: Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven

Luke_6-37: Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven

“To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus. Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?”

1 Corinthians 5:5-6 (KJV)

Sin is so deadly that the devil effectively uses it to keep the believer in bondage. Sin humiliates, embarrasses, and destroys. It destroys the relationship between God and man. Sin robs a person of his confidence towards God and against Satan. Sin is like a blood red stain on a white cloth that screams at you. But thank God for the finished work of Calvary. Thank God for the blood that washes away every sin and allows us to stand boldly without blemish before God.

Child of God, the only hold the devil has on you is the hold of sin. That is why he will constantly remind you of your past. He knows that there is nothing else he can hold you down with. He knows that if he cannot mess with your mind he cannot get you. So he will constantly wield the power of condemnation. That is why Jesus came to disarm him. He came to be your righteousness. He took your place on the cross. He became sin so that you can be the righteousness of God in Christ. He took the full punishment. He was wounded for your transgression and bruised for your iniquities. All of your sins, past, present, and future, have been nailed to the cross. You stand before God discharged and acquitted; there is no chance for the devil to appeal. This is a deadly blow to the devil. He does not want you to realise this fact, so he constantly tries to hoodwink you. But today that hold is broken in Jesus’ name.

The truth is that as long as you see yourself as a sinner rather than the righteousness of God you will never fulfil God’s purpose. Jesus knew that we were helpless as long as Satan had his armour, so He paid the full price. Jesus took from the devil all he had used to hold man down with and He gave man liberty. Today, no matter where I am, I stand boldly before the throne of grace knowing that I am forgiven. And this completely disarms the devil and gives me victory.

Hallelujah! Satan has been disarmed (Colossians 2:13-15, TLB). Go about your business as if sin never existed.

  1. I have stuck unto thy testimonies: O Lord, put me not to shame.

32 I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart.

33 Teach me, O Lord, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.
